iOS Browser Access and Add-to-Home-Screen
If you use an iPhone or iPad, we recommend accessing twomad through Safari or Chrome. Our platform is fully responsive on iOS and functions smoothly without requiring an app store installation. To add twomad to your home screen for faster access, open Safari, navigate to twomad.net, tap the Share button, and select Add to Home Screen. This creates a shortcut that launches twomad directly, mimicking a native app experience.
Native App vs. Browser: Strengths and Differences
Our Android APK app and iOS/Web browser access offer slightly different advantages. The twomad Android app includes offline caching, which means you can view your account balance and past bets even without an internet connection (though deposits and withdrawals require live connectivity). The app also supports push notifications, alerting you instantly when Liga 1 matches start, when live-dealer tables become available, or when your withdrawal has been processed. App login is also faster because your session persists across app restarts. On the other hand, the browser experience requires no installation, updates automatically when you visit twomad.net, and works identically on any device with Safari or Chrome. Choose the app for convenience and notifications; choose the browser for zero setup and maximum flexibility.
Device Compatibility and Minimum Requirements
Our twomad app and mobile web platform support a wide range of devices. For Android, we recommend version 7.0 or later (released in 2016). For iOS, we support Safari and Chrome on iOS 12 or later (iPhone 5s and newer). If your device is older, the browser version may work but with reduced performance; we recommend upgrading your device or using a newer browser version for the best experience. Tablets are fully supported on both Android and iOS.
Troubleshooting Common Installation Issues
If your Android phone refuses to install the APK, check that Unknown Sources is enabled in your security settings. If you see a certificate trust warning, this is normal for apps installed outside the Google Play Store; tap Install Anyway to proceed. If the app crashes after installation, clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → twomad → Storage → Clear Cache) and restart your phone. On iOS, if the browser version loads slowly, try clearing Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data). If you see a "Not Secure" warning, this is a browser notification unrelated to twomad; our connections are encrypted with HTTPS. If you cannot log in, verify your email and password are correct, and check that your account has not been suspended due to account verification requirements or jurisdiction restrictions. Contact our support team via the Help section in your account if problems persist.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security on Mobile
When you install the twomad app or access twomad via browser, we request specific device permissions. On Android, we ask for location (to verify your jurisdiction and prevent access from restricted regions), storage (to cache app data), and contacts (optional, for account recovery). On iOS, browser access does not require app-level permissions; your browser handles all security. All data transmitted between your phone and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS 1.3. Your password is never stored on your device; we use session tokens that expire after 24 hours of inactivity. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your twomad account for added security. If you lose your phone, log in to twomad.net from another device and change your password immediately; this will log out all active sessions on your lost phone. Never share your login credentials with anyone, and never install twomad from sources other than our official download page.
- App storage
- The twomad app stores your session token and app preferences locally. This data is encrypted and deleted when you uninstall the app.
- Location access
- We use your approximate location (city/region) to verify your jurisdiction for regulatory compliance. Exact GPS is not required.
- Push notifications
- The app sends you alerts about Liga 1 matches, Piala AFF events, live-dealer availability, and withdrawal status. You can disable notifications in app settings.
- Payment confirmation
- When you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, or mobile banking, your payment is processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your card or e-wallet credentials.
