Tablets are fully supported on both Android and iOS.

Troubleshooting Common Installation Issues

If your Android phone refuses to install the APK, check that Unknown Sources is enabled in your security settings. If you see a certificate trust warning, this is normal for apps installed outside the Google Play Store; tap Install Anyway to proceed. If the app crashes after installation, clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → twomad → Storage → Clear Cache) and restart your phone. On iOS, if the browser version loads slowly, try clearing Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data). If you see a "Not Secure" warning, this is a browser notification unrelated to twomad; our connections are encrypted with HTTPS. If you cannot log in, verify your email and password are correct, and check that your account has not been suspended due to account verification requirements or jurisdiction restrictions.
